1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions shall be interpreted as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 6jqk website accessible through our official domain, including all services, games and features offered.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 6jqk platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile registered on the platform, which contains personal information, account balance and transaction history.

3. Account Registration and Management

The account registration process at 6jqk is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Single Account: Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and all fund balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, email address and mobile number, must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.3 Identity Verification: The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of the MyKad or other supporting documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

3.4 Password Security: Users are fully responsible for the security of their account, including keeping their password confidential. 6jqk is not responsible for any losses resulting from the disclosure or misuse of login information by unauthorised parties.

3.5 Updating Information: Users are responsible for updating their account information if any changes occur. Outdated or inaccurate information may affect the processing of withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods: 6jqk accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

4.3 Processing Time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is received. This timeframe may vary depending on factors such as security checks or system load.

4.4 Ownership of Funds: All deposits made into the account are the sole property of the user. Bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn before the specified rollover requirements are met.

4.5 Payment Verification: 6jqk reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving withdrawals for the purpose of preventing fraud and money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonuses received are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM150 requires a total wager of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 to be met first. For a deposit of RM800, a bonus of RM500 requires a wager of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms: All promotions and bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated alongside the respective offer. Users are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it.

5.4 Right to Cancel Promotions: 6jqk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The platform's decisions regarding bonuses are final.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness: All games on the 6jqk platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by any party.

6.2 Final Results: Any game outcome displayed by the platform system is final. In the event of a discrepancy between a user's browser display and the server records, the server records will be used as the final reference.

6.3 Technical Disruptions: 6jqk is not responsible for lost bets or losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures or technical issues on the user's end. However, in the event of a system failure on the platform's end, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

6.4 Betting Limits: The platform reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or individual account based on risk assessment and current operating policy.

7. Accepted User Conduct

6jqk users are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct throughout their use of the platform:

• Do not use bots, automated scripts or any third-party tools that could provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Do not exploit any bugs, technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform system for personal gain.
• Do not engage in any form of collusion, coordination or mutual agreements with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Do not misuse the customer support service with inquiries or complaints that are misleading, defamatory or threatening.
• Do not provide false information or falsify identity verification documents.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the user's jurisdiction when using the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account without compensation.

9.2 Indirect Losses: 6jqk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, anticipated profits or data.

9.3 Third-Party Claims: 6jqk is not responsible for claims brought by third parties against users arising from the user's use of the platform.

9.4 Gambling Outcomes: Gambling involves financial risk. The platform does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure: Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 6jqk customer support team. Eligible real money balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10.2 Closure by the Platform: 6jqk reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Violation of the platform's terms and conditions.
• Use of a false identity or misleading information.
• Any conduct that could cause harm to the platform or other users.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
